Loft and Wall Insulation Grants FREE to all households if ANY resident is over 70 or claiming a benefit

CURRENT NEWS: Grant funding is available for the residents of North Somerset, Bath, N.E. Somerset, Bristol and South Gloucestershire.

There is unprecedented demand for insulation across the industry at present, due to the recently announced offer of reduced price and free insulation. FREE INSULATION FOR THOSE IN PRIORITY GROUPS, SUCH AS THE OVER 70s AND THOSE ON BENEFITS ETC ARE TAKING LONGER BETWEEN APPLICATION AND INSTALLATION THAN THOSE WHO OPT TO PAY FOR PART OF THE COST. It may pay you therefore, to pay towards your insulation as the savings made on heating etc will help to make up the difference.

Many of the country's installers are struggling to keep up with demand in 2009. Although booking a survey will be relatively immediate, the installation may take somewhat longer to arrange and the longer it is left, the lower the likelihood of being insulated ready for winter 2009.

Our best advice is to book your survey NOW. Please use our contact page for your insulation enquiry.

Before you enquire, you might like to check if your property is suitable for cavity wall insulation.

How to check if your property is suitable for cavity wall insulation:

It will have been built after the 1920's.

Many inner London properties are NOT suitable.

In the case of brick constructed houses if the bricks are all laid "side-on" and the walls are about 300mm (12in) thick, they probably have cavities.
